A. Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n

Introduction<\/h3>\n

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:<\/p>\n

Right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.<\/p>\n

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.<\/p>\n

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.<\/p>\n

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online on the website at the following internet address: https:\/\/sunnah-shop.de\/contract-cancel\/<\/a> To exercise this right, if you use this online function, you will immediately receive confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g., via email) containing information about the content of your cancellation notice as well as the date and time of its receipt.<\/p>\n

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.<\/p>\n

Consequences of the revocation<\/h3>\n

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.<\/p>\n

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.<\/p>\n

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.<\/p>\n

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.<\/p>\n

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.<\/p>\n

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.<\/p>\n

Unless otherwise agreed, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the delivery of food and beverages if the contract provides for a specific date or period for performance.<\/p>\n

General information<\/h3>\n

1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging materials. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage by using suitable packaging.
\n2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
\n3) Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n
