Miswak contains natural fluorides with a beneficial effect as structural elements of our skeleton and teeth. Silica is an indispensable substance for the maintenance of connective tissue, cartilage, bones, hair, nails and teeth. Calcium sulfate is important for the formation of bones and teeth. The calcium crystals serve as plaque-forming agents. They help to remove the firmly attached dirt from the teeth. Another ingredient is tannins. These are responsible for the slightly bitter taste. Tannins have a soothing effect on mucous membranes, accelerate healing processes in injuries and inhibit inflammation. The saponins contained, vitamin C, flavonoids strengthen the immune system, prevent certain types of cancer, regulate blood pressure and also inhibit inflammation.<\/p>\n

The Miswak was scientifically examined and evaluated as excellent in terms of hygiene and cleaning effectiveness.<\/p>\n
