What are raw cashew nuts W240?

Raw cashew nuts are unprocessed, unroasted nuts (Anacardium occidentale), which are processed directly after harvesting in their natural state. The quality grade W240 stands for particularly large, whole cashew nuts – the number indicates how many nuts are in 450g. The smaller the number, the larger the individual nut. W240 is therefore among the largest and highest quality grades on the market. Our raw cashew nuts from Vietnam are processed without the use of additives, flavorings, or preservatives – completely natural from start to finish.
