Product information
Description+
Date sugar (350g) – a natural, healthy sweetener
Our date sugar is made exclusively from natural dates. The process involves grinding natural dates into a fine powder that can be used as a substitute for white and brown sugar. Its powdered form makes it a healthy sugar alternative for baking and cooking. Furthermore, you benefit from all the natural advantages of dates, as only whole dates are used in the production of our date sugar.
Date sugar is rich in potassium, magnesium, copper and other vitamins and minerals.
date sugar use
You can use date sugar, for example, as a healthy alternative for baking, cooking, or as an addition to cold dishes. However, you shouldn't add it to coffee or tea, as it doesn't melt as easily as regular refined sugar.
