Product information
Description+
Black cumin honey preparation + free honey spoon
Mountain honey · Black cumin · Ginger · Bee pollen
Our black cumin honey preparation consists of high-quality natural mountain honey, black cumin, ginger, and bee pollen. The mountain honey contains vitamins, minerals, and enzymes.
Black cumin (Nigella Sativa) has been used as a spice in the kitchen in the Arab world for over 2000 years and has a long culinary tradition there.
Ginger is a root vegetable with an intense aroma. It has held a firm place in traditional Chinese and Indian medicine (Ayurveda) for centuries.
Bee pollen has been valued by ancient civilizations and has always been considered a special ingredient in traditional diets.
Recommended intake
Consume 1 tablespoon daily on an empty stomach in the early morning. Ideally, stir one tablespoon into a glass of lukewarm water and then drink the honey water.
Storage and shelf life
Please store the black cumin honey paste in a cool, dark place, such as a pantry. Ideally, store it between 10°C and 18°C. Storing honey in the refrigerator can cause it to crystallize and solidify quickly – this should therefore be avoided.

Ordered for the second time, very tasty and healthy. Pleasant black cumin oil flavor without being too intense. I really like the honey.
The taste of black cumin honey is very delicious. It is sweet, but not overpowering, and has a slight spiciness that comes from the black cumin.
Very tasty and helped quickly
